[mythtv-users] mythtv V31 - Are we near release????

With the stability I see of Mythtv V31, are we near to the full release 
of it??

And if we are, would I just update the PPA and do an sudo apt 
update/upgrade to move from v30 to v31??? (assuming I'm backed up on 
database on recordings)
