I have the Hauppauge WinTV-QuadHD (ATSC OTA) USA version and it only has 
the one F-connector for all 4 inputs.  It seems to use new drivers that 
are not in the latest kernels so you better consult their Linux support 
page (https://hauppauge.com/pages/support/support_linux.html)
