This is good to know. I set it on a PC based v31 frontend and it knocked
the startup from 10 sec to 7 sec.
BTW, I didn't see that option in the android mythfrontend. But as you
stated...

The Shield TV starts up mythfrontend in 10 seconds for me.
The FireTV 4K starts up in 20 seconds.
