[mythtv-users] Mythweb not formatting correctly

Mythweb mostly works for me but I mostly use it to schedule a recording
when I'm not at home.  I'm using ProxyPass on a web server in a DMZ to
access mythweb.

Like the poster at this link I don't get any graphics or formatting when
I'm accessing it via the DMZ. The solution is listed at
https://lists.gt.net/mythtv/users/253116#253116. Do the Rewrite rules go
into apache.conf on the Mythweb server or on the web server in my DMZ?
