Yes, accepting those channels one by one was a real chore.

My solution was to run the config and  'accept all' channels.

Run the grabber.

In the listing obtained, you can lookup the channel IDs for the channel
names that you're interested in.

Then manually edit the config file to put != for the channels you don't
want.
