Interestingly, mythfrontend will also not skip or jump in the video 
(right arrow or pagedown), yet it will for h264.

I'm running 30.0 (mythtv-backend/xenial,now 
2:30.0+fixes.201908121424.5cde057-ubuntu16.04.1 i386
