[mythtv-users] NoDM stopped working when upgrading to Debian Buster

Hello,

When I upgraded my MythTV from Debian Stretch to Buster nodm stopped
working. I know this is not related to MythTV but I hope that someone
here can help me anyway.

Apart from this I can not see anything suspicious in the log files.
