I'd suggest looking at /var/log/mythtv/mythfilldatabase.log, but suspect
there isn't one. That's because the full path was used in mythtv-setup
rather than the suggested mythfilldatabase (and anything other than that
inhibits MFDB logging.) See if the log is different than the command
line runs.
