[mythtv-users] Mac frontend

I downloaded MythFrontend-OSX-master.zip.
It proves that mac can display a 30 backend, and IMHO the results are better ie less pixelation on HD.
The trouble is this build is very iffy:

Starting fullscreen actually starts a 1/4 screen square and using-from-memory button pushes plays then stops in normal size
Choosing questionable stuff eg netflix locks the app.
Short of KILL you cannot stop the app 
Lots of misc hangups

Craig, I see you’ve been busy on the forums. Surly a brief recipe on how to build is posible. I’d like to build 30/fixes. It seems like the recipe is jelously guarded and only the high priests may do it. Can you get/give any pointers?

The task must be hard … SourceForge stopped at .28. Craig stopped the macports entry at 0.28 too.

I’m prepared to do the hard yard and contribute the build back but a helping hand to start would be most welcome.
