I work with Telephone switches and networks by day, and also have a lot of
projects I use raspberry Pis and PoE cameras for and I have been using
these cheap Zyxel switches for a while now ::

https://www.amazon.com/8-Port-Gigabit-Managed-Fanless-GS1900-8HP/dp/B00GU1KULM/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=zyxel+poe&qid=1552790568&s=gateway&sr=8-1

They are managed and have been very good for me delivering power to all 8
ports as well as fill line rate on all ports. I am slowly replacing my
Cisco Small Business switches with them since the Cisco switches are not
PoE+ (AT) and my cameras require AT.

If you do try them out, be warned they have a qeird provisioning quirk that
even if you set a ports PVID, you also have to set that VLAN as untagged on
the membership page. Most switches I have used automatically do that for
you and it took me an hour or so of packet captures to figure that out.

Just another vendor option for you. Ubiquity also sells some switches I am
going to try next that are more modern in the software and allow you to run
SDN software to control them like all modern enterprise and carrier
switches.
