The line above looks like the problem.  Something else in your house is using the tuner and has it locked.  Mythtv expects to OWN the tuners.

Same thing as above:  The line above looks like the problem.  Something else in your house is using the tuner and has it locked.  

Mythtv expects to OWN the tuners, just like it would if you used usb tuners.
