Occurred again with 30/05/19: v30.0-53-g6bd8cd4993.

  An update to v30.0-58-g4761e7a6d4 on 05/06/19, with a full rebuild 
seems to have fixed it. No issues for 18 days. I have no idea why this 
worked.
