I don't have inside info on this.  My impression has been that most 
non-86 development for Myth has been for the RPi, and later for the 
nVidia Shield and the FireTVstick 4k.  Some of this work is still in an 
active and separate development branch, not specifically for Android.

I bought two firesticks; one for me to play with and one for my 
daughter's family.  Their tv at that time had no network connectivity. 
I have to report that the connectivity has been popular but not a lot of 
it has been related to Myth recordings...

I found a review yesterday that implied that the Cube, not sold in the 
UK market, was mostly notable for its Alexa enhancements, and that - of 
course - some of the more advanced a/v capabilities of both Cube and 
Stick would be accessible only with high-spec tv models.
