[mythtv-users] A different Web Frontend issue

I just tried the web frontend. For context I run on ubuntu 18.04 against 
the trunk, and use the google chrome browser.

Play recording in browser get the initial still frame, but play gets 
nothing further. I've done some strace'ing, and it looks like the issue 
is this.

tmp/hls has

4032_20190718043000.ts.640x368_600kV_64kA.m3u8

but the trace shows its looking for

tmp/hls/4032_20190718043000.ts.640x360_600kV_64kA.m3u8

Notice 368 instead of 360.

This is just one example, the code stats a variety of formats through 
some alternate directories but its always looking for the non-existent 360.
