Yes! Thanks for bringing that up. I forgot to mention that one.
There's actually a version bump request here:

https://bugs.gentoo.org/676140

I'm actually using the libhdhomerun-20180817.ebuild attached there in
my own local overlay, but I see there's an ever newer one there now.
