Same for me, I never had any problem like this with 29 but have seen it
a couple of times with v30 since I updated a couple of weekend back. 

I've only seen with Live TV which I don't use much day to day, but I do
use it after any reboot/os update etc just to check the tuners are
still ok.

I'm on DVB-T/T2 in the UK so maybe that is a common pattern? I've an
inkling that I've only seen this on HD channels (so T2 only), not 100%
sure of that though and I don't think I'm seeing it al the time anyway.
