[mythtv-users] upgrading from v29.1 to v30

Is it not marked correctly as a dependency?

This, I believe, installed it for me on ubuntu 18.04.  Note I have not
upgraded to 30 so I can't confirm, but hdhomerun-config is a standard
package.

sudo apt-get install hdhomerun-config
