If you have used handbrake to transcode them, The seektable will not be able to rebuilt for that video. I auto handbrake videos after they are over 3 weeks old, turning them into mp4 files and see this happen also.

I have HDHR tuners, and never have a problem with seek tables. Even when I experimented with SD premium, their h264 ts files worked fine with seek tables.

Bottom line from my perspective… make sure you haven’t transcoded the video to mp4 files.
