Okay, thanks. that explains it. in my recordedseek table I only have 
entries for the program recorded last night. It has the right channel id.

This is not a big deal and now that it's understood I won't worry about it.

The odd thing for me is even when I rerun the commercial flagging it 
doesn't fix this in old recordings.

Once I've watched and deleted the old recordings the problem will go 
away. I optimize and backup the database everyday. So maybe that cleans 
up a lot of stuff if orphaned when I manually edited the channid in 
recorded table.
