I tried google with 'vaapi kernel 4.20 bugzilla' and first hit was
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=109051
which appears to have been festering since 2005 and is now at comment
987. Many comments are long. Baytrail, probably not the N2380...
