I believe it's talking about the downloaded file.

Jim, can you reach: http://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/mythtv/samples/videos/mythtv_video_test_HD_19000Kbps_H264.mkv
from the failing backend? From a browser, the test video will play.

I assume you removed that file (that earlier was copied from your production host.)
