[mythtv-users] Restore Database from Old Database Files -- No Backup

Aaaaaaannnnd of course I figure it out right after I send my message.  It
was a permissions problem.  I needed to chown -R mysql:mysql on the files
in mythconverg!!!  Dumb -- especially because I seem to recall someone
mentioning it!  Sorry for the noise.
