We have a winner! I put everything back to the original setup where I
was having my corrupt recordings.
However, I removed the D-Link 8 port switch and replaced it with a new
Netgear 8 port GS308. I've been recording on 3 or 4 HDHR tuners all
afternoon. Lot's of live HD sports. While doing this I would also try
watching previously recorded shows using Kodi on a RP3B+ LibreELEC
system from my RPi4 backend. I also tried mythtv-frontend on the RPi4
itself watching completed recordings and recordings that were not
finished yet.
All the viewing looked good, and looking at the recordings listing, all
were listed in white and not yellow. So mythtv thinks they are good and
my spot checking indicates they are good.
Another problem solved.
Thanks,
