I did some quick tests, it looks like mythfilldatabase is adding those 
channels back in.  Tomorrow, I'll verify which grabber is in use and try 
the ignore new channels solution.  Are these the correct switches to use?

If datadirect, use:
mythfilldatabase --remove-new-channels

If xmltv, use:
mythfilldatabase --only-update-guide
