[mythtv-users] In current master cannot receive HD DVB without resetting up card

Re tested on latest Master MythTV Version : v31-Pre-417-gc037258eae

A v30 database can now be used without having to run mythsetup to reset 
up the card.

I note that the field Delivery System in the database has not been set, 
does this latest update make it redundant?
