My understanding is that a missing subtitle (episode title) would be 
considered inaccurate EPG data (for a "valid" ttvdb episode). I handle this 
by getting the grabber to check for missing data (like subtitle), and 
update data (like description) from ttvdb before xmltv load. helps greatly 
with duplicate detection processes and data consistency.
