I would think so. I would expect that a 730 card would be able to run
at least two outputs at once, either independently or as one joined
workspace. Running three at once might or might not be possible -
does your 730 card have three separate outputs? Does its DVI output
(if it has one) have the analogue pins? Is it a DVI-D (no analogue
pins) or a DVI-I (with analogue pins)? What adapters came with it?

With the right /etc/xorg.conf configuration, each separate output
should be able to be made a separate display. If you do not have
enough outputs, you may need to switch the configuration to swap
between the projector and TV on the same output. You may be able to
do that simply by using the "-display" and/or "-geometry" options on
the mythfrontend command line. Or you may need to restart X using a
different configuration. You can restart X quite easily if you are
set up to use the lightdm display manager (which is the default for
xubuntu), by doing an "sudo systemctl restart lightdm". You could do
from a batch file that also changed the xorg.conf file. I am not sure
if restarting the display manager works if you are using the gdm
display manager (the default for Ubuntu). But you can change the
display manager if necessary.

To find which display manager you are using, do this:

ps -e | grep dm
