[mythtv-users] fresh install of MythTV v29 on Xubuntu 18.04

I got this done, but noticed some new issues related to 18.04.  

1. my user name does not get added to the group mythtv so I had to do that manually.
2. maybe because of #1, config.xml didn’t get copied to /home/jim/.mythtv.

Minor, but not an issue with 16.04 and mythtv install
