Thanks for posting this level of detail it is very useful to see how things should be configured.

I can't see exactly how MythTV links this together though.  I see the chanid are the same but do you need to specify the iptvid in the channel table or is sourceid=6 something special?

Is manual database setup the only option or is it possible to use the setup application to get things started?
