[mythtv-users] Converting from DD to xmltv

I used a slightly different approach because I didn't want to hit the SD servers too many times:

(for each source)
- run "tv_grab_zz_sdjson_sqlite" once
- run "tv_split" (from XMLTV) to split the grabber output into one file per day
- run "mythfilldatabase" on each file

It's slow but at least my backend is able to deal with it.
