[mythtv-users] Converting from DD to xmltv

Well I re-added my video sources, went through the clunky way of
configuring xmltv and ran mythfilldatabase.

The one for my Comcast/Xfinity cable took a LONG time and maxed out the
memory on my 8GB FE/BE but if finished. For both my OTA and Comcast lineups
it had some xmltv id's that it didn't know what to do with but from what I
can tell that's harmless.

Recordings seem fine and upcoming recordings look correct. So far so good.
