Only station/callsign is used for channel rules. Chanid does not
matter. Using channel rules can make a difference in scheduling speed
for shows that are in heavy syndication.

This is actually the recommended way to handle "old" and "new"
sources. For the old sources, set the grabbers to "No grabber" and
set all channels to not visible. That will stop guide updates,
prevent scheduling and preserve the channel information for existing
recordings.
