Went ahead and took the plunge this morning, and use the hdhr4 tuners only for the premium service and no OTA and all works fine at this time.

I have 2 hdhr3 tuners that will be handling OTA separately from the hdhr4s.

It wasn’t difficult to set up following the instructions provided by Gary Buhrmaster.
