[mythtv-users] Converting from DD to xmltv

Ok, for now I've added --no-allatonce and --refresh all and it seems to be
working fine. I'll re-evaluate when the hardware gets updated.

I haven't missed too many shows due to reschedule and I'm not sure if it
helps with things like sports games running over so I not going to worry
about running mythfilldatabase 4 times a day right now :)
