[mythtv-users] Backend log nits

As far as I know everything is "working" but having looked at the backend
log it looks like there's a few things I need to fix:

I've found the PAT error through googling but couldn't find anything that I
was sure applied to me and a lot of the hits were on very old threads.

Device 1321D2DA is my HDHR3-CC CableCard tuner.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
