If you are using the Quattro in the new HTTP API that
SiliconDust supports (tuning by virtual channel, rather
than explicit frequency/program), the tuner itself will
just need to be told to "Detect Channels" to get the
new freqiencies/programs for the channels.  There
are some advantages and disadvantages for using
the new API.
