This file is not necessary and perhaps it can create problems.

Hi,

Is your password really "mythtv" ?

This is the default value after installing mythtv, but the password in /etc/
mythtv/config.xml is not the same. By the way I wonder why this difference.

After my first installation, I put the password of /etc/mythtv/config.xml in 
~/.mythtv/config.xml, and then I could connect to backend.
