Yes.  In mythtv-setup, set the listings grabber to "No grabber" for
the no longer wanted videosources.  That will save bandwidth by no
longer fetching new guide data.  Then, set all of the channels for
those videosources to invisible.  That will prevent the channels from
showin up in the EPG.

Eacy channel management is an area that needs a lot of work.  Gary
Buhrmaster has some nice scripts that help a little for users with
HDHomerun Primes.  Still, there's a lot more we can and should do.
