Also:
We get this when trying to build:
serverpool.cpp: In member function 'bool
ServerPool::bind(QList<QHostAddress>, quint16, bool)':
serverpool.cpp:570:17: error: 'server' was not declared in this scope
if (server->serverError() ==
QAbstractSocket::UnsupportedSocketOperationError
^~~~~~
serverpool.cpp:570:17: note: suggested alternative: 'sender'
if (server->serverError() ==
QAbstractSocket::UnsupportedSocketOperationError
^~~~~~
sender
make[2]: *** [Makefile:1507: serverpool.o] Error 1
make[2]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
make[2]: Leaving directory
'/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/mythtv-29.1/mythtv/libs/libmythbase'
make[1]: *** [Makefile:80: sub-libmythbase-make_first] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory '/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/mythtv-29.1/mythtv/libs'
make: *** [Makefile:67: libs] Error 2
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.xUcFCV (%build)
So that makes for a nice confrontation.
'supported' does not imply 'required' for me.
The logging I mailed also does not imply we need IPv6.
Where do we go from here?
Kind regards,
Udo
