I just open vcl with the playlist as argument, that's all. In "View", I see 
the the list of channels.

I find possible LNB settings when I choose "Open a capture device". But there 
is nearly nothing configured because I don't need to open a capture device. 
Instead I use the playlist and tv comes from localhost:22000.
