​You have the wrong audio output device selected.

In the frontend menu go to Setup / Playback / Audio  (I'm typing from
memory but it is something like that)

Choose 'scan for devices' and then choose the option which matches your
connected device (e.g. HDMI output etc.)

This option can be tricky to configure and you may have to try a few
different options to get sound to output correctly.  ​
