[mythtv-users] transcode file replacement

I have been using the following for creating a compressed mp4 and replacing the mpg or ts file with the compressed file.

It does need a couple tweaks for current 29 version.  The changes I made are at the beginning where it detects whether the file is an mpg or nuv or mp4. I just added another section in it to tweak for ts files.

You may also need to tweak the mysql cmd line to change how it deals with username/password.
