No.  Still very usable.  The *contents* of the .m3u8 URL (https://cbcli
vedai5-i.akamaihd.net/hls/live/567235/event2/CBOT/master5.m3u8) can
change as long as that .m3u8 URL itself is stable.

That URL (and therefor those contents) is (are) loaded each time the
channel is opened to watch or record.
