[mythtv-users] mythweb php problem on Ubuntu 18.04

I just upgraded from 16.04 to 18.04 on Ubuntu. All went well except 
apache2 faults on mythweb

    Syntax error on line 117 of /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/mythweb.conf

which is

   php_value file_uploads                  0

I run a build off the trunk and mythweb.conf is the current 
mythweb.conf.apache

I've seen this error in other reported in other OS updates. Any suggestions?
