I bought 2 mb's from here

  They both work fine and are only $14.95 each.  I put them in the old 
case, took the grey part on top off and glued an AC Infinity AXIAL 1225, 
Muffin Cooling Fan, 115V AC 120mm by 120mm by 25mm Low Speed on top. I 
have them in my garage that gets hotter than the hubs of hades and they 
run nice and cool.
