Looking at the BIOS settings for the USB, nothing pops out at me. There
is an "USB Legacy" option (enabled) and a Portable Device Charging Mode
option (Charging in S3/S4/S5). Other choices are "Off" and "Charging
Only". Other than that, only an Enable/Disable for each USB port (all
enabled).
