[mythtv-users] Can't seem to change themes on clean install of 29 on Xubuntu 16.04

Are you sure you have 29? The default theme on 29 is now MythCenter and not
Terra.

Sometimes when changing themes you have to exit the frontend and start it
again. This seems to be when your themes in the .mythtv directory have been
lost or corrupted, which may happen if you have installed a new operating
system version with the home directory cleared out.

Had to step out but darn sure I added the 29 paper, but system info said
28. Just out but will double check when I get back home.
