I can do the changes in the DB, but any hints on table/field names and
record identifying characteristics would be helpful.  So would guidance on
what units are used for values and allowed ranges (seconds? milliseconds?;
0-10 sec? 0-1000 sec? ).

Record identification may not be a problem because the Ceton is my only
tuning resource, but... assumptions are always getting me in trouble.  :-)
