 mythtv is already the newest version
(2:0.28.1+fixes.20171005.4900073-0ubuntu0mythbuntu2).

mythtv-dbg is already the newest version
(2:0.28.1+fixes.20171005.4900073-0ubuntu0mythbuntu2).

libmyth-python is already the newest version
(2:0.28.1+fixes.20171005.4900073-0ubuntu0mythbuntu2).

Is there something I'm missing?
