You can try rebuilding the seek table.  I have this as my User Job 1
setting:

mythcommflag --rebuild -f %FILE%

You can also go to the recording and hit "I" twice and scroll down to
see the filename then run mythcommflag --rebuild manually as above
with that filename (from a mythtv group command prompt).
